ARRIVAL
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2.30 pm. On departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11 am. If you should arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know.
BATHROBE
Bathrobes are available on request for a fee of 5,-€ per night.
TRANSPORT SERVICE
Please enquire at reception.
BICYCLES
You can hire bicycles from us for a fee of 12,-€ per day.
BREAKFAST
Our breakfast buffet is available daily from 8 to 10:30 am. Start the day refreshed with a varied selection of hot and cold dishes and drinks.
GUEST PASS
This is available at reception and can also be used as a ticket for public transport in the district.
BEVERAGES
Our jewel is the Abtzimmer from 1725 with a wonderful, listed stucco ceiling. There you will find hot and cold drinks and snacks around the clock.

DOGS
Dogs can be brought on request and after written confirmation.
PAYMENT BY CARD
There are no charges for payment by credit card (we accept MasterCard and Visa Card) or EC card. Checks are not accepted.
TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax 2,50€ per day and person (01.04. to 31.10.).
Tourist tax 1,-€ per day and person (01.11. to 31.03.).
NON-SMOKERS
We have been running our hotel as a non-smoking hotel since 2006. We therefore ask you not to smoke in our rooms. Outside, on our balconies or the lakeside terrace, you have the opportunity to do so.
PARKING
You can park free of charge in our own parking lot.
A lockable bicycle room is also available for your use.

RECEPTION
Reception is open from 7am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm.
CANCELLATION
On the basis of your room reservation and our booking confirmation, you undertake to comply with the provisions of the guest accommodation contract of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DeHoGa).
Cancellation – sounds annoying and is annoying. It’s a shame for everyone when rooms remain free even though others would have liked to come. On the other hand, anything can happen. Our request: Please inform us in good time. We try to be tolerant. Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Cancellation of your room reservation up to 21 days before arrival is free of charge, less than 21 days and in the event of early departure 80% of the accommodation price (if we can no longer rent the room to someone else).
We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
ROOM FACILITIES
All rooms are non-smoking and equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, cable TV, safe, minibar and WIFI.
Children from 0-5 years are free in their parents‘ bed.
Children from 6-14 years get an extra bed for 30,-€ per night.
Baby cribs can be booked on request for a flat rate of 35,-€.
